"MLI is different from other PD experiences because it provides a space for real conversations to take place. Educators from across the country shared ideas and best practices with one goal in mind—the children. We left feeling rejuvenated and with an understanding that we must continue to be bold enough to do what's best for kids."
Principal—Victory Collegiate HS
"After attending MLI with several of our teacher leaders, we have completely revamped our assessment calendar and procedures going into the next school year. Furthermore, MasteryConnect has become a VITAL tool for our students, teachers and administrators in regards to assessments and data digging."

The MLI program begins with an intensive two-day retreat. You will be immersed in full-day collaborative seminars focused on scalable, real-world strategies to effectively use data to target interventions, personalize learning and evaluate instructional efficacy.
During the retreat, you will become part of a dedicated cohort led by a veteran nationally recognized educator. In this cohort, you'll build a strong network of other like-minded educators from across the country to share best practices and leadership strategies after you return home.
Reconnect with your cohort for monthly interactive, online coaching sessions facilitated by the cohort leader. These sessions are specifically designed to promote accountability, provide ongoing professional development and support, and fuel collaboration around specific challenges.
