The MLI program begins with an intensive two-day retreat. You will be immersed in full-day collaborative seminars focused on scalable, real-world strategies to effectively use data to target interventions, personalize learning and evaluate instructional efficacy.
During the retreat, you will become part of a dedicated cohort led by a veteran nationally recognized educator. In this cohort, you'll build a strong network of other like-minded educators from across the country to share best practices and leadership strategies after you return home.
Reconnect with your cohort for monthly interactive, online coaching sessions facilitated by the cohort leader. These sessions are specifically designed to promote accountability, provide ongoing professional development and support, and fuel collaboration around specific challenges.
